To all my friends, family, and Japan: We have not forgotten about you!!

 There are many of us who are sending thoughts and prayers your way!

 I am asking everyone I meet, including strangers,

 to do what they can to send thoughts, prayers and help to you!

 I made this sign the other day,

and gave it to some of my friends to display them however they wanted.

 I wore it on my shirt as I went to pick up my kids from school.

This is only one of many ways I am trying to remind everyone

 I meet to send thoughts, prayers, and assistance your way.

 Don't give up hope--we are all with you in spirit! GAMBARE, NIPPON!

私達はあなたの事を決して忘れたりしない!!

私達の多くが想いや祈りをあなたのもとに送っています。

私は私があった初めてあった人も含む全ての人に

日本に想いや祈りを送り、助ける事を頼んでいます。

私は、このサインを作り、何人かの友人に好きに飾るように配りました。

私は、これを子供達を学校に迎えに行く時のシャツの上に身につけています。
それが、想いと祈りを送り、私のやり方を支援してくれた全ての人を
覚えていられる唯一の方法だからです。
希望をあきらめないで。私達全員はあなたの精神と共にあります。
がんばれ、日本！
